Foundation
Site, content, prospect outreach. Brokering existing supply (Polish aronia, Turkish rosehip, Bulgarian hawthorn) while our farm matures. Guelder rose: 2027 farm-direct only — until then, we introduce you to other producers on request.
Land + planting preparation
Land, agronomist and certification chain are being secured; aronia, rosehip, hawthorn and guelder rose planting follows once they are in place.
First-harvest waitlist
Waitlist for buyers interested in the first harvest. EU Organic + GlobalGAP certification process.
First farm-direct shipments
Single-source traceable lots from our own land. Limited capacity — waitlist gets priority allocation.
What we're committing to
Single-source traceability. Every farm-direct lot ties to a specific row, row to a planting season, planting season to soil + climate records. No blending.
Cert targets. EU-Organic + GlobalGAP from year-one harvest. Certification audits scheduled for spring 2027.
Honest scale. This is a small farm. First-harvest capacity will be limited to a handful of waitlist customers per anchor — we won't oversell.
