TANDOR is a botanical sourcing introducer. We connect manufacturers in cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals with producers of organic and conventional botanical raw materials — samples, specs and supplier comparison.

The minimum order quantity depends on the producer and the product. Samples and small lots are possible — tell us the quantity you need.

Suppliers tell us which certificates they hold — for example EU Organic (Reg. (EU) 2018/848), HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 or ISO 9001 — and share copies on request. TANDOR does not certify or guarantee these documents: check the organic certificate in EU TRACES and ask the supplier for a lot-specific COA before ordering.

Send a written brief (info@tandor.eu or the contact form) with your specification — form, volume, certifications, delivery window, target country and Incoterm. TANDOR runs the brief against our producer network (producers in Romania and other EU countries: Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, France, Croatia), returns 2–4 supplier options with analytical-spec preview, coordinates sample requests, then introduces you to the supplier you choose — the supplier sends you the Certificate of Analysis, and delivery and invoicing are agreed directly between you and the supplier. You are not browsing a catalogue; we route the brief.

Buyers anywhere — inside and outside the EU. We work in English, Romanian, German, French and Turkish. Delivery to your country (destination, Incoterm) is agreed directly with the producer; for deliveries outside the EU, the import rules and documents of your country are your responsibility. Tell us the destination in your request so we only introduce producers who can ship there.

Discovery happens through Europages, EU-Bio operator registries, FairWild registry, industry directories, or peer referral — followed by a written introductory contact from our side. We ask for your operator certificate (EU Reg. 2018/848), product coverage, capacity, packaging forms, and lead time. Once onboarded into our producer pool, matched buyer briefs reach you in writing. Pre-launch free phase: no listing fee, no exclusivity required.

Seven core products, each with its own product guide: acacia honey (Robinia pseudoacacia), lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia), sea-buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides ssp. carpatica), aronia (×Sorbaronia mitschurinii), rosehip (Rosa canina), hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna / laevigata / hybrids), and guelder rose (Viburnum opulus). On request we also introduce producers of adjacent botanicals when a buyer's brief includes them — chamomile, cornsilk, milk thistle, ginger, galangal and others are part of active requests.

We ask suppliers to share their organic certificate and a batch Certificate of Analysis before an introduction, and you can request samples. TANDOR does not audit or certify suppliers — you check the documents yourself (e.g. the certificate in EU TRACES).

TANDOR introduces buyers to growers of EU-compliant dried hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna), rosehip (Rosa canina), aronia (Aronia melanocarpa), and guelder rose (Viburnum opulus) in Romania and other EU countries (Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, France, Croatia), matching your specification, certification, and volume to the right origin.

For in-season material, indicative lead times are 1–3 weeks for samples and 3–6 weeks for full pallet or container shipments, depending on origin, certification paperwork, and order size. Off-season or custom-spec items may require harvest planning, confirmed at quotation.

Yes. Suppliers in our network can provide representative samples with batch documentation so your QA team can verify specification, microbiology, and sensory profile before any bulk commitment. Send us your target specification and we pass the sample request to matching suppliers.

Our producer network is based in Romania and other EU countries (Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, France, Croatia), selected for botanical quality and EU market access. On request we can also introduce producers of adjacent botanicals from further origins.
