About TANDOR

EU-organic botanical sourcing broker with a 3-layer service model — transactional sourcing, monthly retainer, and a free intelligence newsletter for procurement teams.

Our Mission

Connect EU industrial procurement teams to verified EU-Organic-certified producers across the Carpathian belt — through written briefs and multi-supplier comparisons, not a public catalogue.

Our Vision

To be the auditable, scientifically-disciplined sourcing layer between EU industrial buyers and Carpathian + adjacent EU producers — across three engagement modes: per-deal transactional broker (L1), monthly Sourcing-as-a-Service retainer (L2), and the TANDOR Intelligence briefing newsletter (L3). Currently in pre-launch — all three layers run free while the certified producer network reaches scale.

Three engagement modes

L1 — Transactional broker (per-deal)

Send a spec, we run the multi-supplier comparison, coordinate sample dispatch, collect Certificates of Analysis, and arrange DDP delivery. Pre-launch free; transparent commercial terms publish with the formal launch.

L2 — Sourcing-as-a-Service (monthly)

Fractional procurement arm for buyers needing continuous category coverage. Multi-RFQ pipeline, supplier scouting on adjacent botanicals, monthly market briefing in writing. Pre-launch 3-month free pilot for first partners; retainer terms publish later.

L3 — TANDOR Intelligence (free)

Adversarial-verified, peer-reviewed sourcing briefings on Carpathian and adjacent EU botanicals — chemistry, regulatory framework, harvest windows, the marketing myths we deliberately exclude. Free Substack subscription.

Discipline before scale

Scientific literacy + analytical-spec discipline + regulatory honesty — we cite peer-review, we name the EU regulations, we tell buyers when an EMA monograph does not exist. The broker network is built on what's verifiable, not what markets.
