When does the post-launch commercial model start?
With the formal commercial offering opening later this year. Existing pre-launch L1 engagements honour their free terms through their natural close. L2 pre-launch pilots run their full 3-month free period before any retainer conversion conversation.
Do buyers pay anything?
No. TANDOR is completely free for buyers. We only charge suppliers because they benefit from access to qualified B2B buyers.
Is there a subscription or listing fee?
No subscription, no setup fee, no per-listing cost — neither for buyers nor for producers. The L3 TANDOR Intelligence newsletter is also free. Producers join the supplier network without listing fees during pre-launch.
Why a broker model and not a marketplace?
Marketplaces work at scale for categories where buyers can browse.
