How much commission does TANDOR take?
Right now, zero — we're in pre-launch free phase. Once our Romanian SRL is live (~Q3 2026), planned commission is 5–12% of order value, agreed in writing per deal based on volume, certifications, and sourcing work. Larger or recurring orders get lower rates.
When is the commission charged?
Only when the deal closes — buyer pays, supplier ships, both confirm receipt. If a quote doesn't convert, no fee.
Do buyers pay anything?
No. TANDOR is completely free for buyers. We only charge suppliers because they benefit from access to qualified B2B buyers.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. There is no subscription, no setup fee, and no per-listing cost. You can list a product today and pay nothing until you sell.
Why a broker model instead of subscriptions?
Subscriptions reward us whether you make sales or not — that's misaligned. As a broker, we're paid only when you close a deal, so our incentive is to actively help you sell.
