Pricing FAQ

When do I pay the transaction fee?

Only when a buyer accepts your quote and an order is created. No sales = no fees. The commission is deducted from the order total.

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Yes! Start with the Starter plan (free forever) and upgrade to Professional or Enterprise when you're ready to scale.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans offer a 20% discount (€79/mo for Professional, €239/mo for Enterprise).

Do buyers pay anything?

No. TANDOR is completely free for buyers. We only charge suppliers because they benefit from access to qualified B2B buyers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept SEPA bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and invoice-based payment for Enterprise plans.
