How TANDOR Works

A four-step broker process. Not a marketplace catalogue — a written sourcing engagement.

1. Send a written brief

Email info@tandor.eu or fill the contact form with your spec: form (dried whole / IQF / powder / oil / extract), volume, certifications required, delivery window, target country and Incoterm. The more specific the brief, the faster the match.

2. TANDOR matches verified producers

We run your brief against our supplier_cold network (Carpathian + adjacent EU producers verified for EU-Organic certificate, capacity, and pillar coverage). Match scoring uses prior-relationship strength + category keyword overlap + delivery-country fit. Suppliers are not browsing; you are not browsing — we route.

3. Multi-supplier comparison + samples

We return 2–4 verified supplier options with analytical-spec preview (HPLC marker compounds, fatty-acid profile for oils, peroxide value, microbiological panel against EU Reg. 2073/2005, heavy-metal panel against EU Reg. 2023/915). Sample dispatch coordinated, Certificate of Analysis collected per shipment.

4. DDP delivery + traceability

You choose the supplier. We coordinate the commercial paperwork, DDP delivery, freight scheduling, and the Certificate of Analysis attached to your goods-in. Traceability runs lot ↔ harvest date ↔ region ↔ control body identifier on every COA.
