1. Platform Overview
TANDOR is an EU-organic botanical sourcing broker connecting verified suppliers with manufacturers. We facilitate introductions, RFQ management, and communication between parties. TANDOR is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers.
2. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate company information. Supplier accounts require verification of business registration and certifications. Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
3. Buyer Terms
Buyers send sourcing briefs (category, volume, certifications, delivery window) and receive a multi-supplier comparison routed through TANDOR. Where 2+ verified suppliers exist for the category, multiple options are surfaced; single-source categories are disclosed upfront. Acceptance of a supplier quote creates a binding obligation to proceed with the order under the agreed terms. The supplier invoices the buyer directly. Payment terms are arranged directly between buyer and supplier.
4. Supplier Terms
Suppliers must maintain valid certifications for the categories they are referenced in. Profile information must be accurate and up-to-date. Quotes returned in response to TANDOR-routed sourcing briefs are binding for the validity period stated. Suppliers must fulfill accepted orders according to agreed specifications. Supplier identity remains confidential to TANDOR until a buyer formally accepts a quote.
5. Product Quality & Compliance
All products listed on TANDOR must comply with applicable EU regulations. Suppliers are responsible for product quality, safety, and certification accuracy. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) must be provided for every batch shipped.
6. Intellectual Property
TANDOR platform content, design, and code are owned by TANDOR. Users retain ownership of their product data, descriptions, and uploaded documents.
7. Limitation of Liability
TANDOR is a sourcing introduction service only. TANDOR is not a party to the supplier–buyer purchase contract and does not warehouse, ship, certify or invoice the goods. TANDOR's aggregate liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from a routed introduction (including but not limited to product quality defects, delivery failures, certification disputes, payment defaults, cargo damage, customs delays, regulatory non-compliance, or supplier solvency) is strictly limited to the brokerage fee paid to TANDOR for that specific introduction — which during the pre-launch phase equals zero. Notwithstanding any other clause, TANDOR's total cumulative liability across all engagements with any single buyer or supplier in any 12-month period shall not exceed EUR 500. Buyers and suppliers waive all claims against TANDOR exceeding this cap. Buyers acknowledge they remain responsible for their own quality acceptance, COA verification, customs procedures, VAT compliance, and EUDR/CBAM filings.
8. Dispute Notification Window
Any dispute, claim, defect notification, or quality challenge relating to a shipment must be submitted in writing to info@tandor.eu within 14 calendar days of the buyer's receipt of the goods. Disputes raised after the 14-day window are time-barred and TANDOR has no further obligation to mediate, route, or escalate. Sample shipment disputes follow the same 14-day window from sample receipt. This is a strict procedural deadline and constitutes a material term of TANDOR's introduction service.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between buyer and supplier must first be raised directly between the two contracting parties. TANDOR may offer non-binding mediation upon request but has no obligation to do so. Disputes involving TANDOR (subject to clause 7 cap) are governed by Romanian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Suceava, Romania. Arbitration under ICC Rules is available where both parties agree in writing.
10. Termination
Users may close their accounts at any time. TANDOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent products, or engage in fraudulent activity.
