Quality controls & specifications

Acacia honey is valued for its purity and stability. We document every shipment to the relevant standard — authenticity (pollen + sugar spectrum), safety (antibiotics, heavy metals) and freshness (HMF, moisture) — so buyers can verify quality before commitment.

  • Sugar spectrum: high fructose-to-glucose ratio documented (slow crystallization, low GI positioning)
  • HMF (hydroxymethylfurfural) per lot — low value confirms raw, unheated handling
  • Moisture ≤ 18% for stability and fermentation resistance
  • Pollen analysis (melissopalynology) verifying single-origin acacia authenticity
  • Antibiotic screening under EU zero-tolerance — no chloramphenicol / sulfonamides / tetracyclines
  • Heavy metals (Pb, Cd) against EU 2023/915 limits
  • EU-Organic certification available (control-body identifier disclosed per buyer)
  • Traceable lot ↔ apiary region ↔ harvest date; Certificate of Analysis per shipment

Sample request: 100–500 g per format, dispatched within 5–7 working days against a signed non-disclosure note. Larger evaluation lots available against partial freight cost recovery during the pre-launch phase.
