Brokerage in the botanical raw materials market has a reputation problem — opaque margins, undisclosed origins, and CoAs that conveniently match whichever lot the warehouse happens to have. TANDOR operates the opposite way: the supplier is named on the offer, the CoA is the supplier's CoA (not a re-issued document), and the brokerage fee sits on the invoice as a line item rather than buried in the unit price.

Our anchor categories sit across temperate European botanicals where EU-Organic certification is well-established and traceable: aronia from Polish organic plantations, sea-buckthorn and rosehip from Romanian and Bulgarian growers, hawthorn berry and flower from Bulgarian wild-collection cooperatives, guelder rose for niche nutraceutical use, single-origin Romanian acacia honey, and organic Romanian lavender essential oil. We also coordinate non-EU origins (Turkish rosehip in particular) under TRACES NT COI when the spec calls for it.

What an independent broker actually does for the buyer: pre-qualifies suppliers against EU Reg. 2018/848 and EU 2023/915, audits supplier documentation before the offer goes out, negotiates pack size and Incoterms on the buyer's behalf, and stays in the chain through delivery and CoA reception. We are paid on closed transactions, which keeps the incentive aligned with shipments that pass quality and repeat — not with whichever supplier offered the highest commission.
