Q3-Q4 2026 Organic Botanical Sourcing — Pre-Book the Harvest

Buyers who wait until October to issue Q4 botanical POs typically pay 15-25% more than buyers who book against the harvest in spring — and in tight seasons they may not get their volume at all. Temperate European botanicals harvest on calendars that do not negotiate: aronia in late August through September, hawthorn berry from late August into October, sea-buckthorn through August and September, rosehip from October into November, elderberry in early September.

For the 2026 Q3-Q4 window, TANDOR is opening pre-booking now across the anchor categories. Polish organic aronia (juice concentrate at 65-70 Brix, fruit powder, dried berry) is allocated against grower contracts before pressing season opens. Romanian Carpathian sea-buckthorn (puree, oil-free juice, dried berry) is booked against the September harvest. Bulgarian wild-collected hawthorn berry and Turkish rosehip (with TRACES NT COI managed by us) are reserved against the gathering window. Single-origin Romanian acacia honey is offered against the 2026 spring extraction (already in storage and ready for autumn delivery).

Pre-booking gives the buyer three commercial advantages: locked pricing against a harvest that may move with weather, allocated volume regardless of how tight the season turns, and harvest-fresh CoAs rather than carryover lots from the prior season's storage. Documentation per lot follows the standard pack — EU-Organic certification, pesticide screening under EU Reg. 396/2005, heavy metals under EU 2023/915, and category-specific active assays such as anthocyanin load for aronia or vitamin C and carotenoids for sea-buckthorn.
