After hand-harvest in late autumn, hips are mechanically de-seeded, the shells dried below 50 degrees Celsius to preserve pigment and acidity, then sieved and cut to the requested particle profile. Each lot carries a Certificate of Analysis documenting moisture at or below 10 percent, ash content, particle distribution, microbiology (total plate, yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella), pesticide residues under EU organic protocols, and heavy metals against EU 2023/915. Irradiation-free and ETO-free processing is documented on the spec sheet.

Packaging is 10 or 20 kg multi-wall paper sacks with food-grade liners, palletised and shrink-wrapped for export.
