3. Q4 2026 — formal retainer phase opens
Once our formal commercial offering opens later this year, we convert successful pilots to a monthly retainer + per-product fee. Terms agreed in writing before any invoice.
4. Ongoing partnership
Quarterly RFQ cycle, monthly briefing, ad-hoc requests as needed. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Pricing
