1. Platform Overview

TANDOR is a B2B marketplace connecting botanical raw material suppliers with manufacturers. We facilitate introductions, RFQ management, and communication between parties. TANDOR is not a party to transactions between buyers and suppliers.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate company information. Supplier accounts require verification of business registration and certifications. Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

3. Buyer Terms

Buyers may browse products, submit RFQs, and communicate with suppliers. Accepting a quote creates a binding obligation to proceed with the order under the agreed terms. Payment terms are arranged directly between buyer and supplier.

4. Supplier Terms

Suppliers must maintain valid certifications for all listed products. Product listings must be accurate and up-to-date. Quotes submitted in response to RFQs are binding for the validity period stated. Suppliers must fulfill accepted orders according to agreed specifications.

5. Product Quality & Compliance

All products listed on TANDOR must comply with applicable EU regulations. Suppliers are responsible for product quality, safety, and certification accuracy. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) must be provided for every batch shipped.

6. Intellectual Property

TANDOR platform content, design, and code are owned by TANDOR. Users retain ownership of their product data, descriptions, and uploaded documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

TANDOR facilitates connections but is not liable for the quality of products, delivery performance, or financial disputes between buyers and suppliers. Our liability is limited to the platform services provided.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should first be resolved through direct communication. TANDOR may offer mediation services upon request. Unresolved disputes are subject to Romanian law and the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.

9. Termination

Users may close their accounts at any time. TANDOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent products, or engage in fraudulent activity.
