TANDOR pricing — three engagement layers, pre-launch free phase
TANDOR is an EU-organic botanical sourcing broker with three engagement modes: per-deal transactional (L1), monthly Sourcing-as-a-Service retainer (L2), and the free TANDOR Intelligence briefing newsletter (L3). All three run free during the pre-launch phase. Transparent commercial terms publish with our formal launch later this year — agreed in writing before any paid engagement.
What you get during pre-launch
- Free RFQ qualification across all 7 pillar categories (acacia / lavender / sea-buckthorn / aronia / rosehip / hawthorn / guelder-rose) plus adjacent botanicals
- Multi-supplier comparison with analytical-spec preview (HPLC markers, fatty-acid profile, microbiological + heavy-metal panel previews)
- Sample dispatch coordination + Certificate of Analysis collection per shipment
- Direct introduction to the supplier you choose — delivery terms (EXW / FCA / DDP) and invoicing are agreed between you and the supplier
- Monthly TANDOR Intelligence briefing covering EU-organic Carpathian botanical sourcing dynamics

Pricing FAQ
What does TANDOR charge today?
Zero — across all three layers. Pre-launch free phase covers L1 transactional sourcing, L2 retainer pilots, and L3 newsletter subscription. Transparent commercial terms publish with the formal launch later this year, agreed in writing before any paid engagement.
When does the post-launch commercial model start?
With the formal commercial offering opening later this year. Existing pre-launch L1 engagements honour their free terms through their natural close. L2 pre-launch pilots run their full 3-month free period before any retainer conversion conversation.
Do buyers pay anything?
No. During the pre-launch phase TANDOR is free for buyers and for suppliers — no subscription, no fee.
Is there a subscription or listing fee?
No subscription, no setup fee, no per-listing cost — neither for buyers nor for producers. The L3 TANDOR Intelligence newsletter is also free. Producers join the supplier network without listing fees during pre-launch.
Why a broker model and not a marketplace?
Marketplaces work at scale for categories where buyers can browse. EU-organic botanical sourcing is a niche where buyer specs need analytical-grade matching and supplier identity stays confidential until a deal is in motion. A broker model with written briefs + multi-supplier comparison + per-shipment COA is the procurement-grade workflow industrial buyers actually need.
